Cancellation Policy
I understand that emergencies happen, if you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule please kindly notify me at (786)510-3168 or @hairbyn__ on Instagram. Please note that appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period will not be able to have any deposit that was paid, refunded back or credited towards the next scheduled appointment. Any new appointment requires a new deposit given. Any no-show client will not be allowed to rebook after 2 consecutive times.
